I want to applaud Jim Drosdick for the outstanding job he did for my friend, Geraldine! She forgot her password for her Samsung phone. Jim worked tirelessly for hours to open her phone. He opened it even without all passwords and everything on back up was on her phone when he opened it for her!!She had tried all of the phone companies and stores.
