Dr Rago is compassionate and competent. He took the time to explain my situation to me, and did so with a sense of humor. I don't wish an ER visit on anyone, but if you do find yourself in the care of Dr Rago, rest assured you'll be in good hands!
I honestly haven't had such a horrible experience in my life. I went to the ER and I told Dr. Rago I have pain in my ovaries which is shooting up to my kidney. He did a urine and blood test only. I was waiting for the nurse to come take my blood, and she was asking the other nurse how to proceed with it. She poked me so hard blood gushed everywhere including on my brand new shoes leaving a stain. This is right after I told her I was squeamish. He took the extra time to make sure I felt as upbeat as I could be while he determined what was making me so ill. He didn't use guess work like other Drs he actually used real tests and got me real answers. Flu positive which helps me to make good choices to not infect others. Zombies feel better and more alive than I do yet he made it bearable and worth dragging myself out of bed to go get help.
