I love Parkwood dental. They are professional and compassionate. Their staff is amazing. Thank you for great service. I use their dental services as well as Invisalign. Great staff all around.
While I'm reasonably pleased with the front desk staff, dentists and their dental assistants, I'm unhappy with the professional dental cleaning staff. Most of them seem to be in a hurry/stressed out and they usually seem annoyed by having to do their job or having to do some additional services, e.g. X-ray. They also seem to care more about the optics (teeth whiteness) instead of actual gums health. I highly recommend this place for cleaning and braces. Staff are nice and they are very professional.
All of the staff members provide excellent and quality services. They are very helpful.
Both of my daughters have gone to Dr. Hernandez for braces. The staff is very pleasant and Dr. Hernandez is very caring and listens to the girls. I highly recommend him with dental services. Very good experience now for over 4 years.
