My complaint is that I was quoted a little over $2000 for 2 crowns and a filing on 3 different teeth, I have dual dental coverage, so my benefit amount for 2 insurances would be $3000 total, I didn't want to exceed this amount and this is why I even got dual dental coverage. I signed a paper indicating that the process was going to cost a little over $2000, but after it was all done, the total was $3813!!! and so I will probably be responsible to pay at the least.... $813 or more! I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and therefore tend to put off dealing with dental issues. My mom sees Dr Quintana and referred me to him. Dr Quintana is wonderful, he is patient, caring, gentle and always listens. I take my children to him as well, he recently had to pull one of my 8 year old's teeth, as permanent ones were coming in behind. My son never even flinched during the shots (front tooth), and I had to go in the next room for my appt right after the shots, and was completely comfortable with Dr... read more
