My experience was horrible, 1st time in that office for a colonoscopy, the meds he gave me didn't clean me out so had to reschedule, 2nd time it was completed but I had a polyp which he didn't remove and gave no real answer why, but followed me out to the lobby insisting I reschedule. It was at the least odd. Office was dated and not very clean. I scheduled with another doctor and he was puzzled why he didn't remove it??? My mom & I were both patients of Dr. Haikal. There was a little falling out with him but we absolutely love Dr. Haikal. It would be nice to be able to see him again. He is one of the best, truly best gastrointerologist doctors. I didn't realize I was suffering from a very bad problem which affected my whole body & guess it started affecting my mind. I get five stars to Dr. Haikal, but I can only give one star to the billing the moment, because after 20 years of being Dr Haikal’s patient, they decided to no longer accept UMR insurance, if it is affiliated with the school district. 😔. Even though they have paid everything they’re supposed to pay since taking over the old school district insurance that messed things up, so I’m not understanding.
