Dr Rauchwerger is great as a physician, and the first time I met with her she saw me immediately and even performed a minor ingrown toenail removal surgery on that same visit. However, on subsequent visits, as a returning patient with an appointment, I am always asked to wait before seeing her. Once it was 90 minutes before I was seen, and currently today we are up to 45 minutes of a wait. I don't see the point of appointments when walk ins on the right day are seen faster. I can’t express my gratitude to Dr. Rauchwerger enough. I recently came to Dr. Rauchwerger’s office to fix my infected toe. She squeezed me into her busy schedule so last minute. I couldn’t walk prior to the visit because I was in so much pain. With gentle care, Dr. Rauchwerger fixed my problem and I was able to walk that day! She gave me a list of instructions to do after she fixed my problem, prescribed some medicine for me and even checked up on me the day after the visit! Thank you Dr. Rauchwerger for all your help!
