Did a tee call with them today. Appointment at 1:30. Office Called me at 2:15 to ask pre appointment questions. 2:45 still no doctor so I hung up. 3:30, TWO hours after my appointment the doctor finally called me back. No thanks!
If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Their office staff have horrible attitudes. They try to reschedule appointments as often as possible because they can bill you extra. They have this site as a secondary office so they can bill you additional visits. They don’t inform you of the time the appointment will take or what to bring with you so then you have to reschedule. They have no empathy for their patients. Do yourself a favor and find a better doctor.
Wouldn’t have even given one star, had to to get in here…took my 94 year old client for her first visit. Appointment was at 11 and we arrived 15 minutes early. They took a hour just to get us in the back and then we waited another thirty for a very rude PA to show up!! From the first word you could completely tell they wanted nothing to do with my client…her and the doctor (using the term loosely) both acted super rude and super dismissive and my client left in tears!!!! Your choice but they are horrible!!!!
My wife’s experience with this doctor has been nothing short of a disaster. The office staff is incompetent and will tell you they faxed blood work order yet the lab never got them. She is dealing with a serious issue and there is an utter lack of concern and compassion. Don’t bother!
NO one in this office speaks understandable English. I arrived at my stat appointment early and several people arrived after me. They saw everybody that came in AFTER me BEFORE they took me in to see the doctor. Dr. Fernandez was not prepared, he knew that this was a “stat” appointment due to my health and he had not even looked up any of my medical records from the hospital, Lab, Radiology, or from my doctors.
