THE WORST MEDICAL CARE i HAVE EVER SEEN THE WORST! I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Fernandez but never saw him. I saw a woman that did not speak any English, she didn't know why I was there, could not answer any questions about my treatment and she told me I was fine!
