Pleasant staff and the doctor is very polite and takes time with you. No rushing or hurrying you. Very knowledgeable about eyes and eye care.
Dr Diaz and his staff were very professional and did not rush me through the eye exam. Stephanie was especially impressive.
Very unprofessional and immature reception staff. Looked at me like they were confused as to why I was there for my appointment and then got upset that they had to explain that they aren’t connected to LensCrafters next door even though that is the only name it says when you book an appointment with them through your insurance portal. The prescription was then blurry in one eye which had to be corrected. Now I have to reorder my glasses.
