Dr Ortiz and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful for my needs. I always felt comfortable (as my pain allowed) and safe in their care. He's not for everyone. But he did his very best in exploring my options and explaining them. He and his staff are very nice and accomidating people.

I went for lumbar ablation Thursday today is Monday and I'm in terrible pain. The pain was in my back and after the procedure my whole l left side from hip down is hurting. I call the office of Dr. Ortiz and the answer was speak to your Doctor. What my doctor have to do with this. What kind of place is this. Whatever he did is causing this horrible pain.
