Rude staff No follow up 5 min spent with doctor Appointments cancelled with no follow up Inaccurate referrals which result in delays of receiving needed healthcare Cant stress how horrible staff is. When asked to write a referral, they said okay. The doctor gave the wrong referral and when called to correct, they said it was right. Meanwhile, the specialist was on the other line with me and said that it was not correct and that to save me from having to have 2 appointments, Dr khan should just write the appropriate referral.... read more
