Warning to all with mental illnesses: Dr. Ninan's bias on controlled medication was glaring when he was my doctor. He wants everyone on dangerous antipsychotics (HALDOL Dec.) but won't prescribe anything good for sleep or much else that is actually useful. He also asks inappropriate questions that a psychiatrist has no business asking. Avoid this physician at all costs (even if you don't have one yet), as he is not with the times. If I could give zero stars I would. This "Doctor" should have his license revoked. Overmedicated my mother to the point that she almost died. She lived because I got her out from under his care. Not a good person. Not compassionate. Severe disregard for human life and the concerns of the family. St. Mary's should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this man to practice there.
His bias against certain types of medication interferes with the care of his patients. He is irresponsible and unethical.
This Doctor is a Complete Jerk! I wouldn't recommend anyone go see him!
