Dr. Ong is such a kind human. He is understanding, listens, and doesn't rush. When you are in the appointment, his attention is on you alone. He is an expert- I never felt I had to over explain my issues or fight to be heard. He just knows what's up. Although he could not help my specific illness in the end, I'm grateful to have had him on my care team.

Dr. Ong is the best doctor ever. He is understanding, truly listens, and doesn't rush through the appointment. He is an expert in his field, and I like that I do not have to over explain my issues. I just tell him where my pain is and he knows what is going on.
