Might as well be dentist that accepts Medi-Cal dental coverage. Doctor is fair but his medical billing team especially the receptionist are unwelcoming. They tell me to come in with my new dental insurance policy and I did. Then tell me they tried to charge the old policy before I came in and they’re like it doesn’t cover the appointment. Well duhh! Dr. F is the best!!! I've had multiple dentists throughout my life, and the past few years have been very dentally challenging; I am so happy he has been the one to get me through it .. I have a lot of teeth issues and he never makes me feel bad or guilty for them (or not doing what I'm supposed to be doing, which most providers do, dental/ medical, etc. ) .. Dr. Farahmand has been our family dentist for over a decade. He’s extremely professional and trustworthy and makes dental procedures extremely comfortable. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist!
Fraudulent charges trumped up over 18 months after the service was fully paid. Admit to there being a mistake on the insurance estimate and then try to charge more Will never be visiting this doctor again and find his business practices unethical and unprofessional.
