I am a fine artist and have been a patient of Mid Atlantic Retina for many years. Dr. Gupta performed my complicated, emergency retinal detachment surgery in 2016. He is kind, caring, patient and highly skilled, everything you want and need in a retina specialist. He recently helped me greatly reduce my macular edema which led to immediate improved vision. I am grateful for his gentle manner and expertise in helping with my complex case. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with him, he is wonderful.
I have been going to Dr.Gupta now a few years. I credit him with saving my right eye after a previous doc ignored my retinopathy in to the point that I needed surgery which Dr Gupta did immediately. He and his staff are kind,gentle and thorough...i NEVER recommend doctors but THIS doctor is FABULOUS and very skilled and yet warm and welcoming. A rare find in this clinical world of experts. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Gupta without reservation. You will be in good hands with him and his staff.
