Dishonest. My primary care physician ordered a colon cancer screening colonoscopy that is 100% covered under ACA over 45. Because I stated to Dr Shabaz that I had an aunt that had colon cancer and I had a polyp removed 20+ years ago due to constant inflammation from lactose intolerance, he decided to take a biopsy from a healthy colon with zero polyps to turn the procedure into a diagnostic colonoscopy which is not 100% covered under ACA.
