If you truly care anything about your mental & emotional health, you will stay far away from this "doctor"
Does not listen to you. Prescribes very potent and potentially life altering (in a bad way) medications early on in treatment instead of trying other options. There are plenty of other Pdocs in the area, just don't even take a chance with this guy. Plus availability is terrible. He would want to see me again in 2 weeks, but then after leaving I would find his schedule was full for 4 weeks. This happened multiple times. When timely check-ins were crucial for my treatment.
He has helped me more than any other doctor has. I've been seeking help for years to combat my depression, and Dr. Elhaj prescribed a medication that works for me. I have not had depression for more than a year.
