I had a large sebaceous cyst removed from the back of my neck. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Bengezi was good in letting me know what steps he was taking during the removal of the cyst. He was very gentle and compassionate. However, his assistant had left me waiting in the procedure room for 15 minutes before she notified Dr. Bengezi that I was in the room, even though he was expecting me.
