Dr. Familua was very thorough and spend time asking me questions. Very respectful and answered all my questions. He had a medical intern and was courteous to introduce him to me. This put me at ease and I would definitely recommend Dr. Familua to anyone. I liked that I obtained a call from a telephone service and employee to remind me of the appointment. The front office and clinical staff are very attentive and courteous. Amazing group of individuals...
Excellent doctor very friendly and knowledgeable easy to talk to.
After consulting twice with the doctor he changed his position to perform a surgery that I was later advised was necessary due to life threatening circumstances. His principles are simply not core values just jargon that misrepresents and misleads patients. Records contained false documentation for medication that I was never prescribed and the patient assessement had answers to questions that I was never asked. Staff was very good and professional. Dr was very good as well. I have surgery done by Dr Familua and I have no problem during my recovering. Everything was great. Keep up with the good work.
