As a doctor, I find this to be a rude provider who doesn't treat incoming patients kindly, which is worrying since these are mental health referrals.
He is a thief. Just takes money out of my account without service. Said he would refund the money. But instead took an additional 100. He was supposed to email forms to myself and my employer. But he couldn't I had to change my schedule to pick them up in person and do the job he charged me for. I don't authorize him to take money without consent. Then said he was refusing future treatment. Not professional. For someone in his field. Maybe I should just report it as theft
