They use food service gloves. Zero customer service skills. Poor record keeping and I don’t feel like they are an actual doctors office.
Not sure why this doctor is still operating. The doctors don’t know what they’re talking about. Very rude and they don’t do what they said they were. Do not go here. The service is horrible. The government is sick for assigning this place as my primary care. Lol what a joke,
I'm now five followup's in on a referral that was supposed to have been sent weeks ago...still not received...this is madness. Do I need to just pop in? This is getting ridiculous...
Do yourself a favor dont go here, unless you don't mind your health declining. Read the reviews before signing up to these death clinics. Dr Wallace has two locations they're both fraudulent no appointment walk in only cash only for disabled people pretty funny how there's no paper trail. No one in the office knows the actual policy I had to clear it up for them after going through my insurance company my provider finally got to the bottom of it they don't know how to do their job they only push for walk-ins cash only so the... read more
Never answers the phone , I had a uti and now a kidney infection . Been calling there since the beginning of the year . Consistently never picks up . I have decided to report her and I’m now finding a new doctor .
