Glad to hear this doctor is leaving! She was the worst doctor - not good people skills and not willing to do necessary blood work to follow my current condition. Unbelievable!

Dr Ono is a very compassionate doctor. She really explained my issues on my level and not over my head. She is very very thoughtful and very patient when I had a question. I will and already have told my relatives about Dr.Ono and her office staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Ono for your special medical needs.
She wanted to drop me as a client , because she didn't want to waste her time with someone that doesn't take diabetes serious.I still don't understand my disease and I feel like I was berated and I was afraid to ask questions after that.Obviously I wanted to take things seriously I showed up.I didn't know I had to come every three months .I feel like she shut down after she snapped and I wondered why I came in the first place
