Was told that I was going to get my medicine called into pharmacy and was ignored after many phone calls as to why my important prescription was not called in. Still waiting at the moment
Dr. and staff are very caring and professional. Wait time is tolerable. Dr. O is an excellent diagnostician. They always treat me with respect. I have complete faith in him and he has an excellent bedside manner.
Went to make an appointment just to find out his office is permanently closed. Never received a notice or heads up that he was no longer practicing here. After a bit of google search, and a phone call, I found out that he's now practicing at his actual office in... Maryland... Called that office and was told he's been practicing there for 5 years.. Would explained why I haven't been able to see him in the last 3 years and always had random doctors filling in for him.
Long wait time and disorganized office.
