I have previously found Dr Laio to be a highly skilled clinician with excellent communication skills. At this visit, however, I found her defensive and irritable when I expressed my frustration due to extremely long waiting times. I suspect that she was overworked and fatigued, and she somewhat lost her professional demeanor. I find the system at Lexington Eye as one that has chronic waiting for long times to see the doctor. It has very good doctors and technicians but seems too big to be efficient.
My family and I have used Dr Liao for many years. She is tops in her field and very empathetic to her patients needs!
Dr. Liao is terrific. I highly recommend her. The entire Lexington Eye experience was excellent.
Dr Liao is a highly skilled clinician, who is very knowledgeable and has superb communication skills. Always a great encounter!
