Dr Ong is caring & compassionate. Shes a great Dr.BUT THE WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS! We had a 10:30a,appt., ( arrived at 9:40a); my mother WAS NOT SEEN BY DR ONG UNTIL -12:08p; she was with my mother UNTIL 12:13p! 5 min appt for an 1hour & 40 min wait! This is absolutely unacceptable. But I truly do like Dr Ong. I think she is a great Dr, but something has to done about how the book and manage appointments.
