She herself could earn a five-star rating, but because of her husband who is destroying her practice, it is down to a 1 star.
Front office staff is horrible. Her husband is the office manager. He is ruse and tries to milk insurance for every penny possible. It's all about the billing.
The office staff is RUDE. They are in serious need of professional training. When I had my son's records sent to another office they had not documented that they had given him a set of immunization shots. Surprisingly, they actually had logged it into the national database; so fortunately, my son didn't have to take the immunizations shots again. My advice....STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS ALLEGED HEALTH FACILITY!
