Very professional for Neck surgery
"I had surgery for a deviated septum, nasal polyps, and turbinate reduction, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My surgeon was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, making me feel confident every step of the way. The recovery was surprisingly quick with minimal downtime and no bruising. Everyone on the staff was friendly and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere throughout. I felt great after the surgery and highly recommend this team to anyone considering the Procedure..!
I was contacted today and asked to come to the clinic. When I asked what time they closed, they replied, "4:30." I arrived at the clinic ten minutes before closing—not for treatment, but simply to pay a bill—only to find it already closed. That was not nice at all.
I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes before closing time and found it closed before the scheduled time.
Dr Oliver Youssef is amazing. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he listened and took the time to discuss my concerns. I had a procedure in Nov, surgical center was so nice as well. Now, four months later, scar looks great, like it was done by a plastic surgeon. I highly recommend, office staff is extremely helpful as well, especially with paperwork and scheduling. Great ENT!
