Dr Oliver Youssef is amazing. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he listened and took the time to discuss my concerns. I had a procedure in Nov, surgical center was so nice as well. Now, four months later, scar looks great, like it was done by a plastic surgeon. I highly recommend, office staff is extremely helpful as well, especially with paperwork and scheduling. Great ENT!
The ENT OF NUTLEY is magnificent! Dr Jan Youseff is , caring, compassionate and articulate. He was very thoughtful along with being a great listener. His staff is always there for you and very supportive . Monica is very sweet, respectful, friendly person. She greets everyone with her kindness and beautiful smile. My son had a lymph node removed by Dr Youseff...after surgery he didn't see my son or come talk to the family member that was there waiting to see how the surgery went...I was appalled that there was no concern from the Dr....
Stay away scammers Insurance scammers I called natasha to make an appointment.She didn’t get my name first did she just asked me for the insurance ID number and I kept telling her I’m gonna give it to you and Natacha said I need the insurance I need to put you in. I said what if I want to pay cash why you keep asking me for the Insurance ID card I guess the charge that’s what they do. Insurance fraud I will be reporting them . Natacha was very rude as well
Honestly Dr. Jan Youssef is such a caring, kind and amazing surgeon.. Had surgery yesterday with him and I'm forever grateful for his bedside manner and surgery was a success .. thank you ♥️
