Terrible Customer support save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting on my CPAP machine. When you call the front desk they tell you a different story everytime. I’ve spoken to there staff probably 6 times now and they always give you a different answer. One girl would say they will call you later while another would say they might call you next month or even Aug. imagine having to wait 3 months for a CPAP machine …. At least if they were honest I wouldn’t be upset... read more

"I had surgery for a deviated septum, nasal polyps, and turbinate reduction, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I was contacted today and asked to come to the clinic. When I asked what time they closed, they replied, "4:30." I arrived at the clinic ten minutes before closing—not for treatment, but simply to pay a bill—only to find it already closed. That was not nice at all.
