Dr Varban is a excellent doctor and he listens to what the patient has to say and he has time to explain things to us
Dr Varban seemed very well organized. He actually answered most of the questions on my list before I asked. The handout he used was super helpful. The images made it easy to follow what he was saying. Plus, his contacts information on it was a very nice touch. Sometimes reaching a physician is ridiculously complicated. I don't think I will need to call him because the mychart system provides easy access. But it made me feel like he cares, which is very reassuring when considering a surgery.
My provider was courteous. He went over my record and tests I had received. He explained & showed me a picture of what was going on with my body and what he was going to do.
