I have been a patient of Dr. Pinkston’s for several years now. I originally met Dr. Pinkston when she was with one of the local hospital systems. I was excited to hear that she left the “Corporate Medicine” model—which looks at patients as dollar signs on a financial spreadsheet—for a patient-focused model that allows her to build relationships and rapport with her patients and really gets to know them and their health challenges. After having my first child, I was dealing with severe autoimmune and histamine-related issues and felt like no one could figure out what was going on. Dr. Olga has created an environment that allows her to truly connect with her patients—giving them time to be heard, space to ask questions, and the sense that they’re being seen as whole people. Her warm, nonjudgmental manner fosters open, honest conversation. She explains things clearly and intuitively, and her gentle demeanor made it easy to truly listen—her kindness came through in both her words and her presence. She's a feel good person...worth every minute of my time and money.
