This place is so horrible, I went in for an extraction on a tooth that was falling apart and a month later the hole never closed and one day when I was out having lunch I bit on piece of what was a tooth that came out of what was supposed to be extracted it was so embarrassing and traumatizing as well, then when I went in they gave me attitude like I was in the wrong, they did not even apologize or offer any services for free or even at a discounted rate due to their inconvenience and their mistakes who wants to pay for an e... read more
I came in originally because my floss was getting caught on the end of the bonding. The bonding wasn’t the best job so I wanted it fixed because she’s the one that did it originally. Olga took off all of the bonding which I didn’t agree to, I thought she was fixing it so it wouldn’t catch my floss anymore on the ridge she didn’t smooth out. Well very simple my mother and I and my daughter have used Dr Galindo for decades. She is amazing!! Not her staff. I just tried to make an appointment for tomorrow morning. Ashlee was very rude. She asked me about insurance once I said it was taken care of. She asked again… same reply.. she asked again… so I asked to speak to the manager. And she said she was the manager.
