I've been going to Dr Vaughn for about 3 to 4 years. Yes he does explain things and he is very nice. His staff for the past few years have been very rude. I recently got my daughter diagnosed with autism and because I was calling to see if the results were in because he told me personally it would only take him a couple days. I waited at least 1 a month to get anything from them. And I would call every week to see if anything was said. They are very bad at getting back to you with the results. First, I'm one of those who will always read the one star reviews. Two out of the three listed here give no details about why they don't like this doctor. Having worked in health care, I can say the third one actually explains the reason why they were dismissed from the practice. A doctor can't be responsible for a patient when the parents refuse to follow up so he can monitor the health of the child.
