What stood out was I waited almost an hour before I saw the doctor! 55 minsI felt he was knowledgeable. We talked about 8 mins! He recommended an MRIAnd said I’ll be right back! He didn’t return! His assistant came in with instructions about the MRI and said to schedule a return visit after the MRI

Dr. Nwoko is outstanding! He is skilled, professional, and kind. He also goes the extra mile by establishing a personal connection to his patients. For example, he asked me about a book I was reading in the office waiting room. That is special.
I had previously seen a PCP at Wake Med who told me to use Aspercream or over the counter pain medication. After suffering for months I made an appt with orthopedics on my own. Within minutes Dr Nwoko knew immediately what was wrong, explained my diagnosis and gave me an injection for tendon inflammation. I was so happy with his not only listening but also verbal communication and his care has been outstanding. His team is also very kind and efficient.
