Extremely unprofessional. SHE IS ALWAYS LATE . Appointments are always running an hour plus late. Yells at patients and is also extremely racist towards black people! Save yourself and do not go here!
Dr. Ionescu are unprofessional. I concur with every bad review I just read. Dr.Ionescu fired me as a patient in 2020 in mist of this deadly pandemic,. Her assistance and I was standing in the waiting room for 15 minutes with Dr. Ionescu on the phone, all that time wasted, could have been spent in an average appointment session. COMPLETE DISASTER!!! waited for about 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Was interviewed by 3 med students and then still had to wait to see Dr. Ionescu. During my appointment with her I just felt like another number in her book. She asked me if I wanted to take Lexapro or Effexor (which I found very weird since I was the patient ... she should have been selecting the medication that was to be prescribed to me). I am seeking to get out of my relationship with Dr. Ionescu as quickly as possible because everything everyone has said here is true. Going to this hole in the wall clinic only to wait around for an hour, be passed around between medical students, wait 30 more minutes, then be dismissively glanced at and shoved a prescription by an unprofessional, uncaring, rude and simply mean woman clad in Chanel, pearls and fur is one of the most demeaning experiences I have ever had—and it only serves to make my mental health issues hard... read more
