My children have been seeing Dr Oates for the past 6 years. We LOVE DR OATES. She takes her time with each of my children, explains everything that going to happen and makes them feel comfortable.
Great place, Great Doctors and a friendly knowledgable staff! I do not know who Fmo is but their experience is not the one we have had for the last 10 years. When hard times hit after the storm the were not chasing money (as we had none!) they were concerned about our kids and worked with us. As for knowing about medical conditions the have always been spot on and caring to boot. Dr Hales has always been approachable and spent time to explain things, the other Doctors on staff as well. I love this place!!! – I am one of those moms whose kids always have issues, whether it's the ear or the stomach bug. We love going to Dr. Oates. I don't know why the first person who rated her, FRNO, was not satisfied. I mean come on, Stanford. I wonder if FRNO graduated from Stanford. I know I didn't and that is why I appreciate the knowledgeable doctors at Hales Pediatrics!
Very unimpressive – A Stanford degree does not equal competence or diligence. If quality medical care and your child's well being are a priority then please read on. The doctors are very arrogant and as a result are poor listeners. This attitude comes from the top - Stephen Hales. Your child will not see a specific doctor, but will see whoever is available. Best Pediatrics Practice in the City! – My children love to go to the doctor! You will not find more caring and competent doctors. I have seen them all and they are all just as wonderful as the next. I absolutely love the fact that the wait time is minimal and you are brought straight to the doctor?s office where the doctor is waiting there for you!
