I’m extremely disappointed with how appointments are handled at this clinic. I was required to come in before getting blood work, only to be told to go do the blood work—something that could’ve easily been ordered without a visit. Then I was told to come back again just to review the results. That’s two visits and two charges for something that should’ve been handled in one.
