This dr is not the right dr for my child , we went in to get help and I left more concerned than I already was before . I am calling to try to get a hold of a director for this facility and I have been on waiting for 10 minutes with no answer . The way that she handles my daughters circumstances is unacceptable and she needs to be held accountable and give an explanation because it just doesn’t make sense . She kept pushing the flu shot after I clearly said no. Then she called us "you people". After that I guess she knew she would be servicing my child anymore.

I will be changing doctors soon, they basically have denied my requests to make an appointment for my son because he has a monthly appointment scheduled in the future. Nobody ever gets back to me whenever I request a nurse to get back to me despite my frequent calls.

I do not recommend this dr, I had to beg he every time my son needed some type of help/referrals, she dismissed my son's mental health needs an literally told him to "just be happy, you have nothing to be sad about"; she also dismissed his back pain (different dr later found scoliosis). It was very frustrating. Unfortunately switching dr was difficult as my son was dealing with different health problems and the waiting for dr accepting new patients was about 6 months. We felt stuck!
