He was highly recommended by a fried of mine and I saw him for the first time the other day. From the time I walked in and was welcomed by his assistant Cheryl to this bright, sunny and happy office until the time I left (after all my questions and concerns were addressed) it was a pleasant experience. dishonest Kent Nozaki recommended a procedure that was not required and did not inform me that it would be billed out of pocket since it is not covered by insurance. I'm in my early 30's and he did a test to see if my retina is in danger of detachment. Of course, it wasn't b/c I am not at high risk for this problem. Later, I found out from several other optomotrists and doctors that I had been misled to do an unnecessary procedure. Do not see this optomotrist because he is not honest and tries to take advantage of patients.
Optometrist Dr. Nozaki is experienced and cheerful and great with kids. He has amazing, modern equipment which takes pictures of your eye. His office is filled with Disney memorabilia and he has a dvd player and game system in the lobby for children who are waiting. We go every few months and they adjust/tighten my son's glasses for free.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I have been going to Dr. Nozaki for the past 9 years. I moved to Anaheim 4 years ago but continued to make the commute to his office because him and his staff are beyond amazing! He is so gentle, patient, and thorough. The receptionist is so helpful and the sweetest person ever! Dr. Nozaki is by far the best medical professional I have ever come across and I just absolutely can't say enough great things about him and his staff. VERY clean and beautiful office!
