Excellent and understanding.
We have been going to Dr Novis for a few years now. He always takes the time to listen specifically to what you need to say and is very attentive. His staff is growing and we have had great luck with the PA's as well. Nursing and front desk staff top notch!
I came into the doctor to talk with the doctor about my husband they treated me like I was a second-class citizen they did not listen to what I had to say about my husband and I will never ever ever recommend this doctor to anyone he treated me like I was a low-life Simpson and we pay his bill so if you want good medical service do not come to Norman Novis because he is the rudest doctor ever
I've been seeing Dr. Novis for the last 2 years and he's excellent. He truly cares for his patients. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by a friend, and now I'm taking my brother to see him too. :-)
I know Novis personally as a great friend and as a physician.We started our journey in 2007.. He is extremely hardworking.. He would put in a lot of hours rounding and seeing all his patients. He is very humble and down to earth and practices excellent medicine. if i was in Lake County then he would be my primary care doctor... Again.. Great Guy and i wish him all the best...
