Absolutely first rate!
I saw Dr. Hearst only because my PCP was out of office. He came to my visit not even knowing why I was there. It was to be examined and for a pain medicine prescription. I asked for a 5mg oxycodone prescription. And with no knowledge of why I had come he refused to prescribe me pain medicine and never even suggested examining me. He could have given me anything or suggested anything to alleviate my pain and it would have been ok.
