She is excellent!
Waited for over an hour. One hour and 15 minutes to be exact and NEVER SAW the doctor. I had no choice but to leave becauseI had another appointment in a neighboring building which I did not want to be late for. It’s very frustrating when you arrive on time and then have to wait over an hour to be seen. It is a rude lack of regard for peoples time. I wonder if they would have seen me if I would have showed up an hour and 15 minutes late! Doubt it
Made two appointments as a new patient, didn't make it to check-in either time bc they messed up scheduling. Found another derm in their office waiting room.
