Elevation has been great. My hygienist is wonderful.
If you want the best dentist office in town go to Elevation Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They are all so awesome from the the receptionist Alexa, to Cindy the hygienist and all the doctors!!! They all care about you, love you and are so kind, not to mention very gentle!!! I've never been to a dental office like this, they are all unbelievable, I love ❤️ them all!!! I moved to Colorado springs and was looking for a new dentist. I went to this practice based on location and a few reviews I read. What a mistake. The hygienist was rough and borderline careless. When I complained about his technique, he blamed my 'sensitive gums'. After that ordeal was finished, the dental exam by the dentist took about 3 min, mind you this is my first visit. I guess what really soured the experience is her first sentence to me was "so, I hear you have sensitive gums".
The entire business is outstanding from the front desk to the techs. Their concern about your comfort is great and as I'm disabled, they did everything possible to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and when my appointment was beginning to run a little long they went out of their way to bring me in a few minutes early next visit to finish up my cleaning before seeing the dentist.i wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
