It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
