Absolutely horrendous experience with this office both getting my original CPAP device 4 years ago and, more recently, trying to get them to forward basic medical records to my new Doctor in Florida. My new Doctor’s office has requested them on multiple occasions. I, personally, have requested them on multiple occasions (both through Dr.Hurt’s office and via the Wellstar patient portal). Dr. Nora Hurt explains everything carefully and thoroughly in easy-to-understand language. She is very personable and listen well. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very efficient. Her office staff were friendly and helpful. Wait-time was minimal, too.
Do not, do not go to this office. My Mother is 82 years old and my StepDad is 79. They went to Dr. Hurt's office and it was a 1st visit. They went to the wrong building and finally found her office. Showed up for a 1pm appt at 1:22pm and were told anything past 15 mins has to reschedule. It was 98 degrees out and they had this appt for 2 months. They would not relent.
