I was unfortunate enough to see this doctor today in AZ. I've had more than ten basal cell removals. I've had Mohs surgery 3 times. I've experienced a few dermatologists. I would never wish my experience on anyone. No eye contact, very few words, she was rough, & quick. She tried brushing me off. She walked in grabbed the blade & did the biopsy in one swoop then cotorized without any warning. The experience was horrific. Really unhappy with the whole experience...went in for a couple mole removals and she was like I can remove but they will come back and will be darker so you shouldn't do it...rushed us, unprofessional and not going back. Ended going to a different doctor with same practice and had everything removed.
Amazing physician, consider yourself fortunate if Dr. Chiao treats you there is no one better than her!
