I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I was referred here by my family doctor and had been waiting a long time for my appointment. Unfortunately, I missed the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, and I fully acknowledge that responsibility. However, when I called to reschedule, I was treated rudely by the receptionist. Incredible office and so organized. Dr. Samadi is very nice and I was very impressed by her and the lovely lady who runs her office.
Assessed me only for autoimmune disease markers/symptoms (blood ANA marker, hyper-flexibility, etc.). I was already aware that it likely wasn't that- I've already done the tests she did for me because I requested them through my GP already to investigate autoimmune. The consult was rushed, and I now realize I likely have fibro or CFS, which she definitely did not assess me for. Do not go here for fibro/CFS assessment.
She is a doctor who listens to what you say and explains everything to you. This is a quality that many doctors do not have. Sometimes some doctors first treat you with their good attitude and then with their diagnosis and prescription.
