The office staff seemed very disorganized, and more interested in things going on between themselves rather than the patient. I didn't find them all that attentive to my needs. I found the doctor rather cold and very cut and dry, not offering explanations for her treatment decisions, and there was absolutely no patient education whatsoever. I felt more treated like a non-person, just an object. I will add that one of their female dental technicians, who cleaned my teeth was very nice and willing to do much more education tha... read more
