Dr, Ramdev was clear and patiently explained tech aspects and made helpful recommendations as well as a treatment plan. The person that handled billing estimates and scheduling was very helpful and efficient, and front end staff were pleasant and efficient.
When the receptionist sighs loudly 3 times because she aggravated to do her job after a week off… time to get someone who appreciates having a job.
Dr. Ramdev and his team are absolutely amazing! I came in for my first appt and ended up getting sick but both Dr. Ramdev and his team were super understanding and made me feel so so comfortable and reassured me that everything was okay and I did not in fact ruin it (I’m very sensitive so I was extra nervous I had ruined the whole procedure lol).
