Dr. Segal is a work comp puppy dog. Every doctor takes an oath to do no harm to the patient before becoming a doctor but I think Segal has forgotten about this. The pay from work comp seems to blind his soul. I can't even put into words my disgust of Dr. Segal and his diagnosis. It is unfortunate that he cares more about the money than about the patient.
