Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bakhtiari. I came to him dealing with TMJ and he’s been an absolute lifesaver. He made me a custom-fitted mouth guard and the difference it’s made has been night and day — I wish I’d found him sooner. On top of that, the guy actually runs on time. Had another amazing experience with the team at Dr Nojan. Fitted my night guards and hoping it does the trick.
I just got off the call with their front desk and wow this practice is on an whole another level of non-sense. I told them I am trying to book this appoinment for my partner, who is in too much pain because of a botched invisalign procedure and cannot talk, the lady on the phone said "We can only speak with her for clinical purposes, can you make her talk". I sharply replied and said she is having problem talking, I can answer your questions, and then she started saying that's not how this works etc. etc. Mind you their cons... read more
I recently visited Dr. Nojan, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Everything ran on time, and the doctor was highly knowledgeable, giving me great confidence that we have a strong plan in place to address my TMJ.
I received treatment from this office and when I asked for paperwork I am entitled to and is my right to receive the office refused to give me my paperwork unless I provided a review for them.
