Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!
