All staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Dr. Olvera is very patient and listens attentively. He takes the time to throughly listen to patient’s concerns and takes time to explain in such a respectful manner. Such professionalism from all staff members. Do recommend based on my experience.
Yesterday I met with Dr. Olvera. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming! Scheduling was so easy and I went in knowing how much I owed before my appointment. They are very communicative! Dr. Olvera actively listened and was so helpful! I didn't feel rushed and I feel like he is actually going to help me get answers!
A+ as a rheumatologist. Fairly quiet and serious. Good bedside manner. Professional. Knows his business. As a retired r.n. I can highly recommend him.
